SWORDTAIL RREA TUXEDO SWORDTAILS Young 1/2″ SIZE ( 1 Pair + 3 Fry) with FREE SHIPPING
Out of stock
These are a healthy prolific line of Standard Fin RREA (Real Red Eye Albino a.k.a. Red Red Eye Albino) TUXEDO Swordtails that I’ve continued to line breed and raise, here in Florida. The parent fish were originally purchased right here on Aquabid. These are what I consider the ‘old-school’ Original Sized Swordtails and can get quite large. Have at the look at the Parents of these fish in the 1st photo (not included), the males and females are all over 3 inch body length!!!. The parents shown are not for sale. This line will throw some solid red’s and a few koi’s. I’ve noticed that as they mature the red and dark blue/black and pigments become more pronounced and the irradescence typical of tuxedo swordtails is more apparent. The females are most likely virgin at this time. The fish for sale are just becoming old enough to identify the gender. None of these fish show any black pigment in the caudal fins. As with most swordtails, they are a very colorful, prolific and active fish, a great beginners fish as well as a novelty for advanced aquarist. They will eat their fry, you may want to consider adding some NAJA grass, Dwarf Water Lettuce or Water Spangle for $10 additional. The size of these swordtails up for sale are at the size of the actual fish shown in the photos for sale below, except for the 1st photo of their parents. They average 1 inch in length, the perfect size to adapt to your tank parameters easily and to insure breeding success. Visit my ‘Justme’ Page for more info. I’ll combine any other items you may be interested in purchasing from my farm to minimize your shipping cost. See list below for other items available. I welcome any questions.
